AdjetivoComparativoSuperlativo
talltallerthe tallest
fastfasterthe fastest
happyhappierthe happiest
beautifulmore beautifulthe most beautiful
expensivemore expensivethe most expensive

AdjetivoComparativoSuperlativo
goodbetterthe best
badworsethe worst
farfarther / furtherthe farthest / furthest

As…As: Comparar Dos Cosas Iguales

Cuando dos cosas son iguales, en vez del comparativo se usa “as + adjetivo + as”. “This bag is as heavy as that one.” “She’s not as tall as her sister.”

Los adjetivos más largos usan more/most.

¿Puedo combinar “more” y “-er” juntos?

No, nunca. “More better” o “more taller” siempre son incorrectos.

¿Cómo comparo dos cosas iguales?

Usa “as + adjetivo + as”: “This bag is as heavy as that one”.

Sí, casi siempre: “the best”, “the tallest”, “the most beautiful”.
