The Midnight Sting: Granny’s Wrath Unleashed on the Wicked Elves!
In a small, lonely village, there lived a boy named Johannes with his family. They were happy, living a quiet life. But one day, something strange happened. Some strange, pale elves with sharp teeth arrived! These elves were not friendly. They wanted Johannes and his family to leave the village.
The elves were mean and always caused trouble. Slowly, one by one, they scared away everyone in Johannes’s family, leaving only his sweet, old grandmother. Finally, even Granny had to leave, but before she went, she promised Johannes, “I’ll come visit you, my dear! Just listen for my voice, I’ll call you softly.”
Days passed, and Johannes waited for Granny to come with some food. Finally, he heard a gentle voice, “Johannes, Johannes, my baby, it’s Granny! Let me in!”
But guess what? The sneaky elves heard Granny’s soft tune and tried to copy it! But they had deep voices, and when they called, Johannes said, “Ha! I know it’s not you, Granny! Go away!”
The next day, Granny came again and called softly, “Johannes, Johannes, let me in!” This time, he opened the door and hugged his granny. She brought him yummy food and told him to be careful of the elves.
The elves were getting angry! They tried again and again to copy Granny’s voice. They even tried melting their voices with hot water to sound like Granny, but it didn’t work! Johannes laughed every time, saying, “You’re not my granny!”
One day, the elves had a sneaky plan. They made a potion from plants in the village to make their voices sound exactly like Granny’s! This time, they called, “Johannes, my dear, it’s Granny! Let me in!”
Poor Johannes believed them! When he opened the door, the elves jumped on him, put him in a big sack, and carried him to their hut in the forest. They wanted to cook him in a big pot!
When Granny came to the village and found Johannes gone, she was very worried. She ran all over, calling his name. Finally, she found him locked up in the elves' hut! Granny was clever; she quickly found a bees’ nest, caught some angry bees, and put them in the sack where Johannes was.
The elves came back from gathering wood, opened the sack, and—buzz buzz BZZZZ! The bees flew out and stung the elves everywhere! The elves screamed and ran away, never to come back.
Granny freed Johannes, and they went back to the village. From that day, Johannes and his Granny lived happily and laughed about the silly elves and their funny voices. The village was peaceful once again.
Moral of the Story: True courage and cleverness can outsmart even the sneakiest enemies.
